How to clean up the Add lines dialog box in the Auto-Status Timesheet Module

Hi;

Can anyone assist me please?

We are using the Auto-Status customized Timesheet module and our "Add lines" dialog box is becoming cluttered with projects that have been closed.

We make use of the "Published" column in MSP 2007 which allows our PM's to flag tasks that have been completed to "No" which in turn removes these tasks from the Add lines dialog box - however the overal project name remains in the dialog box.

Is there currently a way to do this - perhaps a SQL query available to can clean this up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as our dialog boxes are becoming cluttered.
